The First Announcement of

The 2025（18th)  Automotive Lightweight Conference

各有關單位：

為打造專業性、權威性、前瞻性和國際化的汽車輕量化交流與對接平臺，中國汽車工程學會、江蘇省科學技術協會、汽車輕量化技術創新戰略聯盟（以下簡稱“輕量化聯盟”）和揚州市人民政府將于2025年9月17-19日在江蘇省揚州市舉辦2025（第十八屆）汽車輕量化大會（以下簡稱“大會”），現將會議內容通知如下：

China Society of Automotive Engineers (China-SAE), Jiangsu Association of Science and Technology, China Auto Lightweight Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (CALA), and Yangzhou Municipal People's Government will jointly organize the 2025 Automotive Lightweight Conference in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China in 17-19 September 2025. The conference is committed to providing a professional, authoritative, forward-looking, and international platform for interacting with engineers, experts and scholars in automotive lightweight sectors. The detailed information is as follows:

大會主要活動

II. Events

大會聚焦節能與新能源汽車輕量化產業技術路線、低碳輕量化技術、產業化中亟待突破的關鍵共性技術、行業普遍關注熱點與難點等議題。

The conference will concentrate on the technical development path of energy efficient and renewable energy vehicles and the technical obstacles that must be surmounted during industrialization.

（一）

技術交流

Technology sharing

1）主會場（2場）

Main Venue

主會場1：擬邀請國內外院士、知名學者重點分享國內外汽車輕量化新材料、新結構、新工藝、新工具、新裝備等前沿技術動態及其發展趨勢。

主會場2：主要邀請國內外汽車企業、核心零部件企業分享輕量化技術路線及其產品發展規劃。

Main Venue 1: academicians and famous scholars from both home and abroad will be invited to discuss the latest advancements in cutting-edge technology, including new materials, structures, processes, techniques, and equipment, as well as their trends in lightweight automotive across the globe.

Main Venue 2: mainly invited domestic and foreign automotive and components companies to share lightweight technology and product development plans.

2）分會場技術報告（至少10場）

Technical reports (at least 10 Sub-venues)

技術報告涉及新型汽車鋼、先進復合材料、高性能輕質合金、全新架構與集成設計、一體化成形（型）工藝、異種材料連接工藝、成形工藝與裝備、關鍵性能檢測與評價技術及電池殼體、商用車底盤等領域。

The topics of technical reports involve new automotive steel, advanced composite materials, high-performance lightweight alloys, new architecture and integrated design, integrated forming process, dissimilar material joining process, forming process and equipment, key performance testing and evaluation technology, battery shell, commercial vehicle chassis and other areas.

3）企業專場（3場）

Venues tailored for companies (3 venues)

按照大會統一設定的議題及要求，接受汽車輕量化領域的企業委托，為具有技術優勢的國內外相關企業設立企業專場。

Under the topics and requirements set by the conference, venues tailored for companies accept commissions from companies in the field of automotive lightweight and set up special venues for domestic and foreign enterprises with  technological advantages.

4）國際專場（至少1場）

Venue tailored for foreign experts (1 venue)

依托輕量化聯盟專家委員會、中德（歐）工作委員會等專家，廣泛邀請美國、德國（歐洲）、日本等國際專家，設立汽車輕量化國際專場。

With experts from the Lightweight Alliance Expert Committee and the Sino German (European) Committee as the main participants, international experts from the United States, Germany (Europe), Japan and other countries will be invited to join the venue.

產品展覽展示（至少200家企業）

Product Exhibition (at least 200 enterprises)

大會將組織200多家整車企業、零部件與材料企業等參展，展品涵蓋汽車輕量化整車、材料與關鍵零部件、先進連接產品、軟件系統等領域（具體見附件一），展覽面積約10000平米。

The conference will organize more than 200 vehicle enterprises, parts and materials enterprises to participate in the exhibition, with products covering automotive lightweight vehicles, materials and components, advanced joining products, software systems and other fields（Please see Attachment 1 for details）, with an exhibition area of about 10,000 square meters.

新技術/新產品發布會（5場）

New technology/product introduction (5 venues)

大會采取“發布會+技術報告+產品展示”相結合創新模式，組織5場新技術、新產品發布會，為國內外企業、科研機構等單位的新技術、新產品首發、首秀、首展提供平臺。

The conference uses a combination of "conference + technical report + product exhibition" to carry out five introduction sessions on new technologies and new products, so as to provide a platform for domestic and foreign enterprises, scientific research institutions of new technologies, new products, and exhibitions.

集聚60多家整車企業及600多家材料與零部件企業、模具與裝備企業、回收企業、高校和科研院所、金融機構等全鏈條的單位參與，參會代表與參展企業結合自身技術、市場、人才、資本等需求，實現與上下游無縫對接。

Gathering more than 60 vehicle enterprises and more than 600 material and parts enterprises, mold and equipment enterprises, recycling enterprises, universities and research institutes, financial institutions, and other enterprises of the whole chain to participate in the conference, delegates and exhibitors combined with their own technology, market, talent, capital, and other needs, to achieve a close interaction between supply and demand enterprises.

聯盟長期致力于輕量化上下游協同創新，現有聯盟單位110家（其中，聯盟內汽車產量占中國汽車產量的90%以上），涉及汽車、鋼鐵、有色金屬、化工、裝備等產業，促進跨產業成果培育和扶持。

The alliance has long been committed to upstream and downstream companies’ collaborative innovation in lightweight, with 110 alliance institutions (the automotive production within the alliance accounts for more than 90% of China's automotive output), involving automotive, steel, non-ferrous metal, chemical, equipment and other industries, to promote the cultivation of cross-industry achievements and support.

Preview and discuss industry hotspots.

邀請中國、德國、日本、俄羅斯等國內外8-10院士和800多位行業專家業，針對2GPa熱成形鋼、低成本碳纖維復合材料、先進連接技術、輕量化設計等前沿與熱點技術，發布和分享最新研究成果。

Invite 8-10 academicians and more than 800 industry experts from China, Germany, Japan, Russia and other countries to share the latest research results on cutting-edge technologies such as 2GPa hot-forming steel, low-cost carbon fiber composites, advanced joining technology, lightweight design and so on.

技術全覆蓋、同臺競技

The conference covers various fields of technology in the automotive industry, with several car companies showing their technologies at the same time.

針對全新架構設計、一體化成形、延遲斷裂等技術熱點、難點，大會將組織權威報告和專題研討。同時，組織“汽車輕量化設計大賽”、“汽車輕量化應用技術創新成果評選”等多種形式評比，以發現標桿性的創新產品和成果。

The conference will provide specific seminars to address new structural design, integrated forming, delayed fracture, and other technical issues. At the same time, the conference will hold competitions such  as "China Automotive Lightweight Design Competition," and "Automotive Lightweight Application Technology Innovation Achievement Selection" to identify benchmarking innovative achievements.

Product exhibition and technical exchanges.

大會采取會議與展覽深度融合形式，如會議與產品展示相結合，專題展與專業會場相結合，新技術新產品發布融入展區，展臺上專題對接和組織用戶代表團觀展等活動，旨在加強交流效果和體驗。

The conference takes the form of combining conference and exhibition, such as: combining conference and product display, combining  thematic exhibition and professional venue, combining the release of new technology and new products with the exhibition area, combining technical exchanges and user delegations to view the exhibition, aiming to create a better communication experience.
